Our Commitment:

Andraly subscriptions are designed to give families and kids generous room to create and explore stories. To keep our service affordable and sustainable for everyone, we apply a Fair Use Policy.

Fair Use Definition:

We define fair usage as generating up to 50 stories per month. This is significantly more than most families typically utilize, giving plenty of room for creativity and exploration.

Ultimate includes 50 included stories/month; usage beyond that is subject to this Fair Use Policy. The Educator tier provides unlimited stories.

Exceeding Fair Use:

If your usage consistently and significantly exceeds this fair usage threshold, we may:

• Reach out to discuss usage patterns to better understand your family's needs.
• Offer you options such as upgrading your subscription or a custom subscription plan tailored to your usage.
• Reserve the right, in extreme and continued high-usage cases, to limit the number of stories available or charge a nominal per-story fee beyond the fair use limit.

Why This Matters:

This policy ensures that Andraly remains accessible, affordable, and high-quality for every subscriber, without requiring us to increase subscription prices for everyone.
